Course Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a bundle of courses, refund eligibility will be evaluated based on your progress across all courses in the bundle. If you have completed more than 30% of any individual course in the bundle, you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Course Updates and Modifications

Occasionally, we update our courses to keep content current. If a course undergoes significant changes that materially affect the course content (such as removing sections or changing the curriculum), you may be eligible for a refund even after the 30-day period has passed, provided you submit your request within 14 days of the course update.

Extended Refund Period for Extenuating Circumstances

We may consider extending the refund period beyond 30 days in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness, family emergency, or natural disaster that prevented you from using the course or requesting a timely refund.
